This will print log messages when noise suppression and/or AGC are enabled.
Also it will redirect log messages from WebRTC, e.g:

11:12:18.475            webrtc-aec3 !(adaptive_digital_gain_applier.cc:198): AGC2 adaptive digital | speech_dbfs: -34 | noise_dbfs: -82.5411 | headroom_db: 25 | gain_db: 8
11:12:28.473            webrtc-aec3  (adaptive_digital_gain_applier.cc:198): AGC2 adaptive digital | speech_dbfs: -45.1342 | noise_dbfs: -82.5411 | headroom_db: 24.8818 | gain_db: 8.89999
