Feedback received when doing workstation setup:

Docker part was confusing. Not clear that you have to click on the Docker whale icon to start the Docker daemon.

    Revise steps for re-imaging workstations

    - Move re-imaging steps into separate file
    - Steps are different for SF v. elsewhere
    - Waiting for approval to move SF instructions from Google Docs to
    Markdown in this repository
Based on feedback, add details on how to start Docker.

Hi @EmBerz, need to fix up this branch to potentially remove WORKSTATION_IMAGING.md changes. However feel free to comment on the Docker instruction changes. Thanks!
