System reporter items causing errors on Windows

On Windows in Pharo 13 and current build of 14, when picking "OS Details" or "Hardware Details", error appears instead of the content.

Steps to reproduce:

1. (in world menu) System
2. System Reporter
3. OS Details (or Hardware Details)

I have not checked on other systems, but I assume this would be a Windows problem
