Automate processing of Unavailable/Sold/Rented reports

If someone submits a report I should be able to run remove_inactive_listings on that listing's MLS #.

Save each MLS into a file (or push it into S3), clone the EC2 launch template and change the user data script so that it runs the check_expired_listing function?
