Consider re-adding eslint-plugin-import #177

Description
With support for ESLint v9, we will remove eslint-plugin-import as long as they don't have official support for ESLint v9. I'm not sure, if we still need it, which is why I decided to remove it for now. There's https://github.com/un-ts/eslint-plugin-import-x as more modern alternative, but I'm not decided if we should add it yet...
