PYSOGS INSTALL: python3-pyonionreq it is not installable...

Hello,

Following installation procedure, it seems "python3-pyonionreq" is required as it goes into error:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
python3-sogs : Depends: python3-pyonionreq but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Nothing is mentionned in the website installation page.
Redirecting to GITHUB, it is mentionned an OXEN library to be added.
However, even adding it, that does not solve it;

echo "deb https://deb.oxen.io $(lsb_release -sc) main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/oxen.list

This only happens on UBUNTU 24.
Working with UBUNTU 22 or 20, the problem does not occurs.

could you give this another go? I believe we have published packages for ubuntu 24 since this report was made, so the issue should be fixed.
