Fix Canary version when emitting the version via `track`

make the version when running canary to be

canary#<commitHash>

Was trying to handle this in #99 but it was too hard. Tauri action does not run turbo so this is a bit more involved i think.

Perhaps tauriScript and args might be able to be used (docs).

This should be resolved now as canary used nsis installer meaning it can have semver version.
