How to enable GitHub Models access from the playground and via API?

Hello Support Team,

Our organization holds a GitHub Copilot Enterprise cloud license. As part of our development process, we would like to experiment with the GitHub Models feature directly on GitHub before considering integration with Azure services.

However, our colleagues are currently blocked from using GitHub Models. We have encountered the following issues:

• Error in github.com Playground: When accessing the Models playground, the interface shows an error: "Chat error message
  An error occurred. Please try again.." (Screenshot attached).
  

• Error via API: Programmatic access attempts via the API are met with a 401 error code, with the message indicating that " {'error': {'code': 'unauthorized', 'message': 'GitHub Models is disabled. Please contact your GitHub Enterprise administrator for assistance', 'details': 'GitHub Models is disabled. Please contact your GitHub Enterprise administrator for assistance'}}" (Screenshot attached).
  

Upon reviewing our Enterprise settings, I located the policy setting for "Copilot in GitHub.com". This setting appears to be disabled, and I can't change it (as an owner), as the control is greyed out (Screenshot attached).

Please advise on the necessary steps or provide assistance to enable GitHub Models access for our enterprise users.

You have to enable it in the models section at the top enterprise level. See https://github.com/enterprises/{your enterprise name}/settings/models

Also, we're using an EMU so that might make this different.
