How can I upload some files for confirmation my student status?

Hi everyone,

Hello!
How can I upload some files to confirm my student status? There is no “Download” button on the page. And the quality of the photo from the website form is not good, so you could not recognize on photo the name of my university in my admission letter.
I need to upload several documents for verification because the name of my university and my student ID card are on different sides of the documents. Can I send you the documents by email?

I have confirmed my student status on https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/ and received my student packet, but not on your wonderful website.

You can combine all your documents (student ID, admission letter, etc.) into a single image for upload. This is mentioned in #111352:

If you don't have a student ID, or it doesn't include a date, you can upload additional accepted proof with a date that demonstrates your current enrollment. You may capture additional and multiple academic affiliation documents in the same image in order to fulfill all requirements.

You can use any image editing tool to combine your documents into one image, or if you have PDFs, convert them to images first and then combine them.
