Unable to filter by Environment on Deployments Dashboard

As of yesterday, our team has been unable to filter the Deployments Dashboard by Environment.

Reproduction Steps:
Navigate to any repository (private in our case)
Navigate to Actions
Navigate to Deployments
Choose an Environment to filter by

Expected Result:
The Deployments list is filtered by the selected environment

Actual Result:
The URL updates, but the view does not

Workaround:
A refresh of the page will update the view

Same happens to me on a Mac with Safari or Firefox. Seems to be a browser independent problem right now. Quite annoying. :-/

For me it now works again correctly. So, seems fixed.
