Add bridge to the structure field of canal

Description, Motivation & Context

Many canals actually have bridge structures, but due to the lack of corresponding options, this may lead to incorrect tagging. Bridges are generally considered to be used only for open-air artificial waterways, which mainly include canal, ditch, and drain. ditch do not have artificial structures, and drain generally do not require bridges, so this only applies to canal.

It took a second to wrap my head around this, but I think this is all good :-).

For canal, we now offer "bridge" as bridge=aqueduct as a quick option. For other we don't, which makes sense.
