if such terms are a good idea then far more should be added, so I treat as a more of probing PR

maybe multiple subtypes of social facility should be entirely own types? to avoid user searching first for type then needing to fill subtype anyway? and to make translations easier and more guided? But that would add many entries to https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema/tree/main/data/presets/amenity/social_facility
