Should iD allow specifying segregated foot & bicycle crossings' different markings?

Description

As shown in example 2 on the Key:crossing:markings wiki page, segregated foot & bicycle crossings can have different markings. Should iD allow specifying them (easily without manually editing tags)? Currently it only sets crossing:markings.

The current situation could lead to users unknowingly disrupting already correctly tagged segregated crossings so that all three are tagged: crossing:markings, cycleway:crossing:markings, and footway:crossing:markings. The two specific keys are currently not used a lot though, roughly ~7 k uses according to taginfo.
