User Story
As an Open edX contributor, I want low-fidelity mockups of a user grouping management interface (at the course level) drafted, so that we have a rough product artifact to test and gather community input on as we propose user grouping management changes to the platform.
Acceptance Criteria
Scenario: Low-fidelity mockups of a user grouping management interface are drafted (at least for course level user groups)
Given I am an Open edX contributor
When I view the low-fidelity mockups of a user grouping management interface
Then I see how a course admin or course staff might... for their course:
- Create, edit, and disable a user group
- View metadata for existing user groups
- Export a CSV file containing user group data
- Rough UI for allowing users to utilize user groups
