User Story

As a Open edX developer, I want to build a rough proof of concept (POC) for the proposed Teams, Cohorts, and Course/Track Group migration path to be written and put up for review, so that I can validate the decisions made in the Architectural Decision Record (ADRs) and the community is able to review it and provide feedback.

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario: A rough POC for the proposed Teams, Cohorts, and Course/Track Group migration path is written and put up for review
Given I am an Open edX developer
When I test the POC for the proposed Teams, Cohorts, and Course/Track Group migration path
Then I am able to migrate Teams, Cohorts, and Course/Track Groups to the new user grouping model

I'm working on integrating with the new user group model and creating unit tests for the POCs
