CloudFormation quick-create link returns AccessDenied error

Description

When selecting "this quick-create link" from [Getting Started] -> [Deploy on AWS] -> [Deployment steps], the CloudFormation stack fails to load.

Expected Behavior

The CloudFormation stack should load successfully.

Actual Behavior

AccessDenied error is displayed when accessing:
