File compression missmatch for exporter and reciver

Describe the issue you're reporting

The file exporter only supports zstd compression.
The receiver mentioned its readme readme (otlpjson) seems to not support any compresssion.
The filelog receiver only supports gzip decompression.

supporting the same compression could simplify exporting and importing logs from files

Sure, what would you like to do? Have the receiver support ztsd? Have the exporters support other types of compression? Please clarify what fix you would like to see.

I think having the exporter support gzip would have the biggest effect,
but if the file exporter mentions the otlpjsonfile as the receiver to be used with it, it would make sense for it to support decompression of the same formats the exporter uses.

In my opinion we still need a filereceiver which mirrors the behavior of the fileexporter. It's been discussed many times but no one has had the time to sponsor and build it.

I don't think the filelogreciever is the appropriate place to implement this because it is really only meant for logs. Likewise, the otlpjsonreceiver should arguably be deprecated in favor of the otlpjsonconnector.
