Description
Add a script to generate custom package list for user to build images.
Sample command:
./add_custom_package.sh "nano docker jq" ../imageconfigs/full.json custom_package.json

How Has This Been Tested?
Tested the script and it can generate the packagelist and append it into the image.json file.
