In this pull request, I add part of tasks in BenchMAX (a multilingual comprehensive benchmark for large language models.)
Motivation
Add four tasks in BenchMax, a benchmark for multilingual evaluation of large language models. Specifically, there are four tasks: xlivecodebench, xgpqa, xmgsm, and xifeval (where x means multilingual)
Modification
Add new tasks configs in opencompass/configs/datasets, add new eval and dataaset function in opencompass/datasets
