With this feature https://github.com/open-cluster-management-io/enhancements/tree/main/enhancements/sig-architecture/100-multiple-bootstrapkubeconfigs, a klusterlet can switch from one hub to another, although it cannot connect to more than one hub simultaneously. It's fine to close this issue now.
