Looks good, added a few change requests.
Please also remove the "Figure:" line below each image.
This document does not provide full OpenEMR instructions for creating and adding a patient. It is intended for clinics or health systems integrating with the Opal application, with the minimal OpenEMR requirements for this integration. | ||

Out of scope: Maybe we put these two paragraphs into a note box (aka. admonition).
Once the documents are all in there I suggest we pull this text out into a file and include that one file in each document. So if we want to change the text we only need to change one location.

We should add a link here to the user guide page that talks about this. We can't do it yet (unless we create a placeholder page).
