Misleading notification about the duplicates between global and country-specific test lists.

If the user uses Test Lists Editor to add a URL to the country-specific test list, and the URL is already present in the Global test list, the user will see the following notification: 'Failed: This URL is already part of this list.'

Instead the notification should be saying: 'Failed: This URL is already part of the Global test list.'
