This is quite intentional as-is; I do not WANT people to install the latest unreleased changes - they are likely unstable and may break your system.

If a change is unreleased, it should not be used, in any software project.

Separately, please do not send PRs to a project until you're sure they're welcome - etiquette is to discuss in issues first.

That etiquette is a universal default.
