Running it

To run it:

1. Make sure you have XAMPP installed.

2. By default it is in C:\xampp, if not, please configure it in config.cmd.

3. Make sure MySQL is up and running.

4. Start the server via:

   C:\start_server.bat

This will also initialise the database.
