[Bug]: 3.16.3 Error deleting local files

Bug description

When moving files from one folder to another on the server (from another PC with a sync client in v3.15.3), the PC with version 3.16.3 cannot delete the files locally in the original folder

Steps to reproduce

1. Delete a file on the server (The file deletion is due to a move and not a direct deletion)
2. Wait and see error

Expected behavior

The files are deleted without error

Downgrade to v3.16.2 and files sync fine again (local delete without error)

Okay I thought I was going crazy but this happens to me too since the last desktop update.
Creating new files works fine both directions, removing them on the webui syncs them to local.
But deleting files locally means it gets re-created (re-downloaded) soon after.

Also on Windows 11, same version, no encryption though.

What happened was this: the files were deleted, then some of them were redownloaded from the server, on all PCs, including the one they were deleted on, and then I get this error on all PCs. I delete them again, from all PCs, and then it syncs. Until I delete some files again, then the circus starts over.

Yes until a fix is out I'd recommend rolling back to 3.16.2.

Having the same issue.

It also seems that the issue is happening only with Hydrated files in VFS, cloud links are removed fine.

I can also confirm that rolling back to 3.16.2 solves the issue.

Yes, but I want to be fixed this, because I have a lot of users in my organisation. I don't want to reinstall for each user.

Understandable. Though for a large organization I'd postpone any Nextcloud updates until tested and proven. I'm not even sure I'd have the guts to use Nextcloud in a large organization based on my personal experience.

1. Android app synchronizes directories with music tracks from the server.
2. With the Android app, directories with music tracks in them are deleted locally and from the server.
3. The desktop client synchronizes and should delete the files locally on the Windows computer.
4. The directories with the files are not deleted and the error message appears.

"Temporary error when removing a local object removed from the server."
I have translated the error message, in German I get: "Vorübergehender Fehler beim Entfernen eines vom Server entfernten lokalen Objekts".
