XRDP - Auto Login #3046
-
Hello! I have a couple of doubts, I have no idea if it can be done or not, but if it can I would love to find a way (I'm connecting from Windows to an Ubuntu 22.04).
Thanks in advance! |

@Aleex104 - I don't fully understand your question. it sounds like you are trying to access an existing desktop session over RDP. Is that right? |

That's fine @Aleex104 - I understand where you are now. At the moment that isn't a use-case we support. The best you could do is detect the a user logged in in |

It sounds like you want to achieve two main things with your remote desktop setup:
ThinLinc provides features like session resuming, session shadowing, and support for various operating systems. It's worth considering if you require higher performance and more advanced features for your remote desktop setup. |

The best you could do is detect the a user logged in in
/etc/xrdp/startwm.sh
(using loginctl) and then kill the session if they are. You'd have to set that up yourself.
