Add German translation

Currently no German translation can be found inside the `src/translations` folder. The languages translated so far are:

- Slovak 
- Czech
- English
- Spanish
- Polish
- French
- Portuguese 
- Russian
- Hungarian

It would be nice to be able to add it.

Just give some feedback if this could be interesting :)
