Updated Doc Content, styling code blocks

@sarahrooney I'm going to let u merge this one (so u have a chance to pull from dev before merging && pulling this one so everything stays in sync && we avoid conflicts)

• i've updated the content, so you've got more to work with, take a particular look at the new home page, i wrote some new Mission stuff, let me know what u think
• i updated the template.html + styles.css + script.js so that code blocks get syntax-highlighting that matches netnet (&& added little "copy+paste" icon buttons to the code blocks too)
• also fixed some bugs && updated the build-docs.js script
