menu icon updates

once the new Files+Folders widget is complete, the "Functions" menu will likely go through some big updates, we'll need a new icon that better conveys what this menu item is for, likely something like a "new document" icon which implies working on sketches/projects.

the Learning Guide also needs a new icon, maybe a network globe, like this (or like the 3D graphic that shows up when u open it) or something to implies "guide" more directly, maybe something (like a lightbulb or books?)

@sarahrooney i've been working on the function menu updates we discussed along side the new Project Files widget (progress has been slow but steady), wanted to check in on icons. is this something u want to tackle or should i take a shot at it?
