GdsStandardApp requires `get_name()` class method

Problem Description

GdsStandardApp docs say that get_name() is not necessary, but if it is not provided, the startup scripts will throw an exception:

[INFO] Shutting down F prime due to error. name 'cls' is not defined
[255292:255292:0518/203239.978206:ERROR:sharing_service.cc(303)] Device registration failed with fatal error
