Irsend not working.

Hi friend I need your help. I followed your guide but when I send the irsend command nothing happens :( As far as you know, is there any compatibility problem between the lirc library and the kernel? I have: Raspberry pi 3b+ kernel version 5.15 Lirc version 0.10. Do you think that by doing does a downgrade of the kernel and lirc version as you wrote in the guide work? Thank you very much!!
