Remove clangarm64 arch

I am not sure if personal projects should be added as a package. It is only present in AUR. |
Why not? MyLibrary uses MSYS2 project for Windows installations anyway (in release installers). By the way, MyLibrary is not present only in AUR now. It is in Alt Linux Sisyphus repo also. And I can properly maintain it in MSYS2 repo - I am author of MyLibrary. |

New package MyLibrary (home librarian)
