how to upgrade mintty in wsl-terminal?

I have run into this issue:
mintty/mintty#942

in that issue it says the fix is available in new mintty 3.4.0

I check my mintty in wsl-terminal, it is 3.1.6.

How do I upgrade to new mintty?

I got this error messages when starting a new wsl-terminal:
