How to deal with missing protein names?

In some plots tha protein names are displayed, i.e. as labels in an volcano plot or headers in candidate boxplots or in Heatmaps.

Often, the column for gene names is used for that. However, this has sometimes duplicate entries (see issue #21 ) or missing values.

One approach would be to give a second column (e.g. protein accessions) as an alternative if the first one is missing.

Or, invent new names like "Unnamed_protein_1" etc.
