workflow_QC: separate plot heights/widths for PCA and MA-Plots

MA-plots and PCA plots should have a different height and weight than the Boxplots/valid value plots

Reason: The boxplots/valid value plots usually need more width if you have many samples, while the MA-plots and PCA-plots can stay almost quadratic usually.
