Support for Sciex data

This was asked at the HUPO2024. I think it should be quite easy to convert the files into mzml and calculate most of the values.

Should be doable. there already is documentation how to convert with ProteoWizard: https://community.sciex.com/2021/08/05/using-proteowizard-for-converting-files-for-use-in-proteinpilot-software/

and then would need to add the corresponding processes into the this nextflow script: https://github.com/mpc-bioinformatics/McQuaC/blob/main/src/io/raw_file_conversion.nf

Don't support Sciex directly, but use mzML as input.
