On page 9, I get the "Bad encoding in flate stream" as well, but not the font error. Page 8 renders well, but page 9 does not.

I still see the bad flate stream error, but at least "cmap: Range glyph reference too high (2 > 1) (font-family: "g_d0_f53" style:normal weight:normal stretch:normal src index:0) source: (invalid URI)" is now fixed by #6715.
