Is it possible to natively integrate Doqment's features into Firefox? For example, could a 'dark mode' or a color filter be added to the built-in PDF viewer, including for local files ?

Hi, author of doqment here. Glad to see this appreciated here. 🙂

I started this project specifically because none of the popular PDF viewers/libraries had an easy-to-use, non filter-based PDF-theming option. I chose PDF.js because it is open and easier to modify. @Gusted (maintainer of Dark Reader) had attempted something similar in #13676. My own implementation is far from perfect and the reach of my web extension is limited; thousands of users could benefit if PDF.js implements this feature and Firefox would also become unique in this regard.

Anyway, if this issue is being used to track this feature, as mentioned in #19686 (comment), I would suggest changing the title to better reflect that. doqment is just a fancy name I came up with and IMHO doesn't indicate what this issue proposes to address.
