PDF won't render

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Go to https://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/web/viewer.html
2. Open the pdf there. Do not use the embedded pdf.js

What is the expected behavior? (add screenshot)
In Chrome and other viewers the pdf is displayed without problems.
What went wrong? (add screenshot)
pdf.js is not able to render the pdf file. Sometimes the tab/Firefox crashes.

There are 75 annotations in the pdf and their dimensions are increasing from 200x200 to 36650x36650.
Hence we reach the limits and potentially we're exhausting memory (ergo a crash).

We can probably limit the dimensions of the annotation (min with the page dimensions or something like that) and if we're creating too much canvas then we could just ignore the hasOwnCanvas parameter and just draw it on the main page.
That said, I do wonder if we should just ignore hasOwnCanvas when the dimensions are greater than the page ones or set them to some default values 100x100 or something like that.
Strangely, Acrobat doesn't care at all about the icon dimensions.

I agree. pdf.js is exhausting memory and thus crashing the tab/browser.
I'm no expert (so don't quote me on this), but we could potentially have a PDF that has a huge page size and huge annotations as well. So just ignore them if they are larger than the page doesn't always solve the probelm.
I think setting the maximum size that an annotation icon can have would be a suitable solution.
