Even better than random test dependencies (https://github.com/moremoban/moban/issues/221), would be for builds to choose test combinations of dependencies which havent been tested before. This would require that the moban cache keeps a record of previous combinations. A lot of the code for this issue would belong in pypi-mobans.
