release 0.18 not available in Maven Central

Despite version 0.18 advertised here : https://github.com/moquette-io/moquette/releases
It is nowhere to be found in Maven Central.

I would to use it as a dependency for tests inside my project.

If you need a version that is published on maven central, for instance because you embed moquette in an application that is itself published on maven central, I'm still publishing a moquette version on maven central.
It's in the de/fraunhofer/iosb/io/moquette/ namespace.
Currently snapshots for 0.18.1 can be found at https://central.sonatype.com/service/rest/repository/browse/maven-snapshots/de/fraunhofer/iosb/io/moquette/
I'll soon release 0.18.1 with experimental metrics support (#910).
