Hide setting page after click on "Hide All" tools.

When the settings window is open, if we click on some tools, that settings window closes and the window related to that tool opens, but if we select a tool that does not open a window for it, the settings window remains open, which seems to be the correct approach. But this approach should be different for the "Hide All" tool and after clicking on it, it is better to close the settings window, otherwise we will have to enable the display of tools once again, then close the settings window and hide the tools again.
