`open` property of accordeon not working

The open property is not working. Seems like it's not implemented (there's no use of @open in the generated Accordion module).

Our initial approach was to make the most of Phoenix LiveView JS module . Unfortunately, due to its limited features, it caused some components to be difficult to implement. The accordion is one of these components. We will soon be doing a rewrite for this component in the same version. Since I wrote the igniter_js, I think it would be better to implement a JS hook to at least reduce the page's large payload.
