unable to recover address wallet from seed phrase

moving wallet (ver 0.2.2) to the a new phone (android)

after entering 12 word seed phrase, hit "confirm" button, the seed get accepted.
next, after hitting "Find wallet address" I get following error:

NOTFOUND_ERROR

Profile not found

One more thing to add here as clarification, I have a custom LN address set @minibits.cash, if that helps a bit.

I'm not sure what you meant "before" exactly. Before what?

This is more detailed list of events:

1. Old phone A was running Minbits profile with custom @minibit.cash LN address.
2. I installed Minibits on the new phone B, and went straight into settings recovery option.
3. I entered 12 seed words, and then... see first post here.

Note1: hash in URL in post 1 I deleted myself, wasn't sure if its ok to share it here. I can provide upon request.
Note2: I think it would be more consistent with other wallets UX if after app installation I had to choose if I want to create another wallet or recover old one. minor thingy...

I have the same issue. I just switched smartphones and tried to recover my wallet with a custom LN address using the seed phrase. The wallet restored all my funds, but it changed my LN address to a different one, and I can't recover my custom LN address.
