Description
Resets defaults for Prime Directive and Anonymous feedback to off, leaving only the Team Assessment default to on. Also reset order so Team Assessment and Prime Directive, which are displayed across the header, are followed by Show Feedback After Collect and Is Anonymous, which impact the card view. One other change to the Warning regarding changing a template already in use, which was adjusted to display on two lines instead of three.
