[Screen Reader - Azure Databases Extension - Results tab]: Screen reader is not announcing the displayed tooltip information for the "Copy to clipboard" and "Export" menu items

User Experience:

Visually challenged users who rely on screen reader for navigation will not get the information provided in the tool tip as screen reader is not announcing displayed tooltip information for the controls.

Note: Login Credentials must not be provided within the bug.

Pre-requisite:

Azure database should be installed from extensions in VS code.

Repro Steps

1. Open VS Code and navigate to azure databases button present on right pane.
2. Navigate to anyone of the resource and expand it. Expand a database. Right click on any collection and select "Open Query editor(Preview)".
3. Query editor screen appears. Run any sample query. Data in table appears under results tab.
4. Navigate through all controls of the results tab including running the query.
5. Verify if Screen reader is not announcing the displayed tooltip information for the "Copy to clipboard" and "Export" menu items.

Actual Result:

Issue: Screen reader is not announcing the displayed tooltip information for the "Copy to clipboard" and "Export" menu items

Observation: 

Narrator: Screen reader Narrator only announces as "Copy to clipboard menu items collapsed"

NVDA: Screen reader NVDA only announces as "Clickable More items menu Copy to clipboard menu button collapsed subMenu Copy all results from the current page to clipboard".

JAWS: Screen reader  JAWS only announces as "Copy to Clipboard button menu".

Expected Result:

Solution: Screen reader Narrator should announce the displayed tooltip information for the "Copy to clipboard" and "Export" menu items.

Can't reproduce the issue - for me the screen reader announces "Copy to clipboard" and "export" correctly.

Only downside is that copy to clipboard opens csv/json submenu automatically and is a bit too fast with the submenu description. However closing that with esc and go up/down works.

@mkrueger after watching the recording, the issue is that it doesn't announce the tooltip text "Copy all results from the current page to clipboard", the bug description is misleading.

@ChandiniSmiley please update the bug description accordingly. The issue is the tooltip, not the label of the menu item.
