[Programmatic Access - Azure Databases Extension - Tree view]: The complete table is not accessible with the keyboard when its view is switched to tree mode.

User Experience:

Users who rely on keyboard for navigation will not be able to access the table content in tree view mode and will not be able to perform the required action as a result, the user will miss the functionality. 

Note: Login Credentials must not be provided within the bug.

Pre-requisite:

Azure database should be installed from extensions in VS code.

Repro Steps

1. Open VS Code and navigate to azure databases button present on right pane.
2. Navigate to anyone of the resource and expand it. Expand a database. Right click on any collection and select "Open Query editor (Preview)".
3. Query editor screen appears. Run any sample query. Data in table appears under results tab.
4. Select tree view from dropdown beside stats tab. Navigate through tree view of the results tab.
5. Verify if table is accessible with the keyboard when its view is switched to tree mode.

Actual Result:

Case 1: The complete table is not accessible with the keyboard when its view is switched to tree mode.

Case 2: In table view mode, the table column headers are not accessible with the keyboard.

Case 3: All list items of "Query examples" sub menu of "Learn" Menu are not keyboard accessible.

Expected Result:

Case 1: The complete table should be accessible with the keyboard when its view is switched to tree mode.

Case 2: In table view mode ,the table column headers should be accessible with the keyboard.

Case 3: All list items of "Query examples" sub menu of "Learn" Menu should be keyboard accessible.
