Outdated configuration steps in AzureSearch.md

Describe the bug
In the guide, it mentions Azure Cognitive Search, which does not have a specific search result when you type it in the search box. Instead, there is Azure AI Search found in the search results in Azure. I also checked the documentation provided as additional information, all of which mentioned Azure AI Search rather than Azure Cognitive Search.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '00-course-setup'
2. Click on 'AzureSearch.md'
3. Scroll down to 'Step 1: Create an Azure AI Search Service'
4. See error

Expected behavior
To change the Azure Cognitive Search into Azure AI Search.
