Description of the new feature / enhancement

Maybe, additional to the "exclude apps from always on top" feature, you could suggest to "include apps to start always on top".

Scenario when this would be used?

I always have Windows sticky notes on top when I start them, same with Windows Clock Timer. Also calculator.
