Description of the new feature / enhancement

Some apps, I want to be on-top all the time, when launched.
Eg the calculator.

Scenario when this would be used?

I have a key for the calculator on my keyboard. When pressing that key, the calculator isnt on top all the time, while I would want that by default.
It would be great to have a feature to constantly force some apps to always being on top once launched.
